Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started his five day tour to three African nations.Afterwards he will attend BRICS summit…His first stop is Rwanda where Rwandan president Paul Kagame introduced “Grinka” program . The main motto of the program is to give one cow to the poorest family and cow’s first calf should be given to neighborhood. In order to encourage this program,Modi has gifted 200 cows to the Rwandan President.
Modi is the first indian Prime minister to visit Rwanda. He went to Rwanda with 100 members business delegation. Modi and Paul had a one to one meeting besides BRICS summit. The Modi has extended line of credit rs 1,378 crores to Rwanda. Indian PM and Rwandan president signed agreements on industrial and agricultural development.Modi announced that first diplomatic mission would be opened in Rwanda. Modi thanked people of Rwanda for showering their love on him..he was overwhelmed.
Modi stayed in Rwanda for two days. He headed to Uganda, after 1997 he is first indian Prime minster to visit Uganda. On July 25th he will travel to South Africa to attend “BRICS” summit.
