India–Its Spirituality And Education

In connection with the 20th Foundation Day celebrations of Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence, the students of Bal Vikas performed a skit on, “India its spirituality and education” on 10th September 2019.

The skit begins with the kind of education taught during the vedic period. Gurukula education is also depicted in the skit with the instances from the lives of Lord Krishna and Adi Shankaracharya. Bharat Mata is shown as a happy queen rejoicing at the Indian culture being practised by Indians.

The depiction of foreign invasions and the British rule bring the crisis of the skit showing Mother India facing humiliation which is followed by the advent of the Holy trio relieving people of their miseries with their divine guidance.
The last part of the skit shows how Vivekananda Institute of Human

Excellence is offering character building, Man making education and thereby fulfilling the dreams of Swami Vivekananda to rebuild India.
The children enacted their roles with great passion rendering the skit a realistic look. Finally the audience were asked to give standing ovation to congratulate Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence in its endeavours to rebuild India
