Delhi: A massive fire broke out early morning in Delhi’s Anaj Mandi area on Sunday in which 44 people have died rescue and fire department officials have rescued several people, many of whom are critical.
The cause of the Fire who was reported at 5:22 a.m. Is not known, official said, adding that over 50 people were inside the factory operating from residential area when the fire broke out. The fire is suspected to have started at the workshop of the bag manufacturing factory.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted, “my thoughts are with those lost their loved ones. wishing the injured a quick recovery.”
PM @narendramodi announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh each from PMNRF for the next of kin of those who have lost their lives due to the tragic fire in Delhi.
PM has also approved Rs. 50,000 each for those seriously injured in the fire.

Union Home minister Amit Shah condoles the death in the fire accident.

Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari said “compensation of 5 lakh rupees will be given for who dead at the fire accident and 25 Thousand rupees who are suffering with the injuries”.
